This condo is perfectly situated in the heart of Tamarindo, offering easy access to everything the vibrant beach town has to offer. Within the spacious gated complex, you’ll find an array of amenities designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The resort features two stunning outdoor pools, both with swim-up bars—one offering food service—along with two hot tubs, all surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Guests can also participate in community yoga, dance, or water aerobics classes, conveniently located within the secure complex.

The condo itself boasts a private balcony with views of the sunrise, sunset, and a partial glimpse of the Pacific Ocean. Just outside the gated complex, you’ll discover a lively strip of restaurants, bars, a casino, spas, and an assortment of convenient stores and shops—all easily accessible on foot.
The gated complex has 24-hour security & provides 1 parking lot spot per guest. Pool access from the condo is located from the gravel parking lot.

LOCATION
“Diria Oceano Estates” condominium is located on the second floor. This quiet yet lively complex is spacious and comfortable for your entire family and friends for indoor and outdoor accommodations. The condominium sleeps six guests. Our “Room & Rate” page showcases our two guest bedrooms and pullout couch. Our “Room & Rate” is the cost to rent out the whole condo per day, not per individual guest/room. This open floor-plan condominium offers two spacious bedrooms, a washer & dryer, a dining and living room with flat-screen TV and easy access to the large covered balcony. The primary ensuite has balcony access, a sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a bath with a large soaking tub. The secondary bedroom is suited with a queen sized bed, flat screen tv, mini balcony and bathroom with large shower. The full kitchen is adorned with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and basic utility kitchenware and cooking supplies, which includes a coffee maker.

THE HOUSE RULE
Treat the condominium as if it was your own! Please no parties, no smoking or loud evenings on the condo balcony past 11PM

SETTING EXPECTATIONS
The Diria Hotel pools across the street are not available for use. Breakfast availability cannot always be guaranteed there due to hotel capacity. Both cash and card payments are accepted.

If you are traveling to Costa Rica from overseas, please be aware that things may be done differently here. Costa Rica embraces the "Pura Vida" lifestyle, which values relaxation and a slower pace of life.

Please contact the property manager immediately if you notice anything broken or not functioning upon arrival and or during your stay.

While we strive to address any issues promptly, immediate maintenance or punctuality from contractors cannot always be guaranteed, despite their stated availability.

Language barriers may occur, as not everyone speaks English. Occasional communication delays may happen—we kindly ask for your patience.

Expectations for accommodations and industry standards may differ from those in your home country, please remain mindful and respectful.

Temporary power shortages are normal in Tamarindo and may occur during your stay.

Costa Rica’s plumbing systems are less capable of handling large amounts of toilet paper and can easily clog. Please dispose of toilet paper and feminine products in the wastebasket provided next to the toilet.

The condominium will be clean upon arrival and upon your departure. If you need the condominium cleaned during your stay, please contact property manager to schedule this service for you.

Please turn off lights, close blinds, windows & doors upon leaving the condominium to minimize the access of bugs & help Costa Rica’s mission of saving electricity and high utility costs.

Individuals with limited mobility or disabilities may find the stairs leading to the condo and the community pools challenging to navigate.

Late checkouts past 10:00 AM are difficult to accommodate due to the cleaning crew’s schedule. However, you are welcome to store your luggage outside the front door in the gated area on the day of departure if needed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Missing your flight or canceling your trip within two weeks of arrival will not qualify as a valid reason for a refund of any portion of your booking. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

In the unlikely event of a national disaster, guests may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
