“Diria Oceano Estates” condominium is located on the second floor. This quiet yet lively complex is spacious and comfortable for your entire family and friends for indoor & outdoor accommodations. The Condominium sleeps six guests. Our Room & Rate showcases our two guest bedrooms and pullout couch. Our rate & room pages is the cost to rent out the whole condo per day, not per individual guest/room. This open floor-plan condominium offers two spacious bedrooms, a Washer & Dryer, a dining & living room with flat-screen TV and easy access to the large covered balcony .The primary ensuite has balcony access, a sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and bath with large soaking tub. The secondary bedroom is suited with a queen sized bed, flat screen tv, mini balcony and bathroom with large shower. The full kitchen is adorn with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and basic utility kitchenware and cooking supplies, which includes a coffee maker.
